By purchasing and participating in Thriving Family Blueprint ("the Program"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Thriving Family Blueprint is a group coaching and educational program designed to support mothers in creating greater calm, connection, self-awareness, and confidence within themselves and their families.
The Program includes coaching, educational content, resources, group support, and other materials as outlined on the sales page at the time of purchase.
2. PAYMENT
Payment is required in full or via an approved payment plan before access to the Program is granted.
Where a payment plan is selected, the participant agrees to complete all scheduled payments regardless of their level of participation, attendance, or completion of the Program.
Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Program until outstanding payments are received.
3. REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of the Program and the immediate access provided to materials, coaching, resources, and intellectual property, all sales are final.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for change of mind, non-attendance, lack of participation, or failure to complete the Program.
If exceptional circumstances arise, requests may be considered at Darrielle Maree's sole discretion.
4. COACHING AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES
The Program is intended for educational, personal development, and coaching purposes only.
Darrielle Maree does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or professional healthcare advice.
Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support where required and should consult qualified healthcare practitioners regarding any medical, physical, mental health, or therapeutic concerns.
Participation in the Program does not create a therapist-client, medical practitioner-patient, or counselling relationship.
5. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Participants acknowledge that results vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including individual circumstances, commitment, implementation, and personal responsibility.
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, results, health improvements, family outcomes, emotional changes, financial outcomes, or personal transformations.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Participants agree to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of other participants within the Program.
Any personal information, stories, experiences, discussions, recordings, or materials shared by participants during group sessions must remain confidential and must not be shared outside the Program without explicit permission.
While every effort is made to maintain a safe and supportive environment, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed for actions taken by other participants.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Program materials, content, recordings, worksheets, resources, frameworks, presentations, and training materials remain the intellectual property of Darrielle Maree.
Participants receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for their own personal use.
Program materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, taught, sold, licensed, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
8. SESSION RECORDINGS
Group coaching sessions may be recorded for educational purposes and made available to participants.
By participating in live sessions, participants acknowledge that their participation may be included in recordings.
Participants may choose not to ask questions or share personal information if they do not wish to appear in recordings.
9. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Participants agree to engage respectfully with Darrielle Maree and other participants.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, bullying, inappropriate conduct, or behaviour that negatively impacts the safety of the group may result in removal from the Program without refund.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darrielle Maree shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, personal, emotional, financial, health-related, or other damages arising from participation in the Program.
Participants acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and implementation of any information provided throughout the Program.
11. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
Darrielle Maree reserves the right to make reasonable changes to Program content, delivery methods, schedules, resources, guest speakers, session dates, or program structure where necessary.
Any changes will be made with the intention of maintaining the quality and integrity of the participant experience.
